Health and Fitness Services

We are here to help with all of your health and fitness goals. Whether you wish to lose weight, to perform better in sports, just establish new habits and friends, or you’re hoping to control heart-disease or diabetes we can help.

We have an excellent array of fitness classes that are included in your YWCA Fitness membership.

​We also offer a free orientation to our machines for those who have always wanted to get exercising to improve health but have been intimidated by the gym. We want your experience to be as enjoyable as possible.

If you’re looking for more guidance or a kick in the pants, Our personal trainers are happy to help. Our personal trainers have all completed at least two years of post-secondary education in the field of exercise science and work hard to stay up to date with the safest and most effective exercises and program designs. They have also taken additional nutrition classes to be able to answer your questions about healthy eating.
