Questions, concerns or complaints, or requests for access to your personal information records related to YWCA Privacy Policy on the treatment of personal information should be e-mailed to inquiries@ywcalethbridge.com with “Attention: Privacy Officer”. The information will be brought to the attention of the CEO who will advise as to the action to be taken regarding the complaint or concern. A response on the action taken will be provided in writing to the staff, volunteer, or client within 10 business days with all actions noted on the applicable file.
